Simonetta Audiovisual Services, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
By virtue of the above, your personal data provided or submitted by any means will only be used for the following services: audiovisual production, casting, film, video, photography, market research, events, casting and locations, as well as for online sales and other media to promote your image and that of Simonetta Audiovisual Services.

For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your Personal Data in different ways:

B) When you visit our website,
C) When we obtain information through other means permitted by applicable law.

We collect your Personal Data directly when you provide it to us through various means, such as when you visit our offices, participate in an audiovisual project, or fill out the form on our website www.simonetta.mx.

The data we may obtain through these means include, among others: full name, date of birth, income amount, gender, marital status, address, education level, contact phone numbers (mobile, home, or office), INE number, and email address.
We inform you that, in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, sensitive Personal Data may be collected and processed, such as your full name, income amount, INE number, or any other data considered sensitive under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We are committed to ensuring that your Personal Data will be treated under the strictest security measures to guarantee its confidentiality.

You have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold and the details of its processing, as well as to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; cancel it when you believe it is not required for any of the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, is being used for non-consented purposes, or the contractual relationship has ended; oppose its processing for specific purposes; or revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your Personal Data, so that we cease its use. Additionally, you are informed that your personal data may be transferred and processed by parties other than this company. In this regard, you authorize that your information be shared exclusively with individuals or legal entities related to Simonetta Audiovisual Services, for personalized follow-up on the projection of your image in different projects.

The information you provide to social networks and its handling will not be our responsibility; therefore, you should review the Privacy Notice of each platform.

We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to carry out such transfer in accordance with that Law.
Except for the cases established in Article 34 of the aforementioned Law, access to, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to the processing of your Personal Data will not proceed in the following cases:

  1. When the applicant is not the data subject or the legal representative is not duly accredited;
  2. When the Personal Data of the applicant is not found in our database;
  3. When the rights of a third party are affected;
  4. When there is a legal impediment or a resolution by a competent authority that restricts access to Personal Data or does not allow its rectification, cancellation, or opposition;
  5. When rectification, cancellation, or opposition has already been carried out.

cancellation, or opposition will be carried out as applicable.

In all such cases, the reason for the decision will be communicated to the data subject or, where applicable, to the legal representative within the established timeframes, through the same means by which the request was submitted, including any relevant evidence.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services.
